Planning Services
We accept a limited number of weddings each year in order to offer our very best to our clients. We provide unparalleled, attentive planning and wedding management to ensure your dream day. We work alongside you to design a personal, “this feels like us” wedding experience with an emphasis on aesthetics and guest engagement. We have great relationships with local wedding vendors and are familiar with the unique challenges and incomparable joys of a Pacific Northwest wedding. To keep things simple, we offer two planning packages: full-service and partial-service. Both packages embrace an immersive client experience and include deep logistical support.

Hi!
My name is Bethany and I am the founder of Snowberry. My background lies in design, fine art, venue management, and coordination. I hold a BFA in Interior Architecture + Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. I am a founding board member of the Quimper Events Collective.
Snowberry was a dream that began humbly in 2015 with a few brass candlesticks and a styled photoshoot. It has since blossomed into a multi-faceted business. My planning and floral work have been featured on several prominent wedding blogs. I’ve helped coach up-and-coming planners and florists, and offer consulting services to new venue owners.
My favorite part of being a planner is really listening to my clients; getting to know them; and building upon their vision to create something fantastic, beautiful, and unique — something that they and their guests will remember for years to come.
My goal is simple: to provide my clients with the guidance and infrastructure they need to ensure a smooth, personal, and joyous wedding celebration.
